Refunds policy

Please read the following refund policy carefully before paying any fees.

  • Refunds only apply to English language lessons. Refunds are not considered nor accepted when claimed over any other service or product provided by us or by third-parties. The non-refundable services or products include, but are not limited to: placement tests, sing-up fees and study materials.
  • To be considered for a refund, a student must submit written notice of withdrawal to PERSONALIZED LANGUAGES CENTER. Verbal notices will not be considered. Notices of dismissal to a student must also be in written form. In the written notice students must state the reasons for withdrawing their programs.
  • Refunds are only considered when the written notice of withdrawal is recieved before the program of study starts.
    • If written notice of withdrawal is received fifteen (15) calendar days or more before the start of the program of study, or monthly payment cycle, PERSONALIZED LANGUAGES CENTER will retain 10% of the program tuition fees.
    • If written notice is received less than fifteen (15) calendar days before the start of the program of study or monthly payment cycle, PERSONALIZED LANGUAGES CENTER will retain 20% of the program tuition fees.
    • If payment has been made through our online merchant account, 10% more will be retained additionally.
  • Since the language lessons are paid for on a monthly basis, students not able or unwilling to continue their language program can withdraw at the end of each month with no obligation to continue studying in their following month. However, students can not claim refunds when the payment for the month's classes has been made and lessons have already started.
