Welcome to PERSONALIZED LANGUAGES CENER (PLC), an EFL institution that encourages the learning of English through personalized instruction. We believe that learning to communicate in English as a foreign language is best and most effectively achieved when students can count on an individualized learning environment that corresponds to their unique learning style and keeps them motivated through this interesting, but challenging process.

Learning to communicate in English enables people to have access to a globalized world, where they can grow personally and professionally through the encountering with different cultures and realities. Since 2006, we have been offering high-quality EFL programs to students of different ages, initial English level, and learning objectives, so that they can learn to use English confidently and fluently.
