Writing: A letter of complaint

Imagine that you bought something that was damaged. You took it back, but clerk refused to exchange it. Write a letter to the shore's manager describing the problem and what needs to be done.

Manager, Smith's Beauty Supply:

 

A week ago I bought a hair dryer in your store. After using it three times, I discovered it was damaged. It keeps overheating and...

Last week of April, my mother bought me a LCD TV. She gave me in my birthday!

When I opened the box I saw a torn in it , the control remote was scrartched and the manual was stained.

Its posible you change me the tv?

A week ago I bougth a wash machine in your store. When  I used it the first time everithing was fine, but in the second time when I used it, it didn't work right. The wash machine is damage and it needs to be fixed.

When I wash my clothes the wash machine dirty it, and It keeps damaging. The buttons keeps sticking and didn't work right.

So please I hope you can exchange it fot a good one.

    MANAGER JUAN:

 Some days ago, I bought a flat-sceen TV  in your store.        After using it one week, the image started to flicker and        then the image only keeps freezing. It needs to be fixed and  if it's imposible to repair, please replace it. thanks

I hope don´t dissapoint you with my answer. The insect into the drink was our amazing promotional offert: "See your drink deep down in KFC". If you foud our "mysterious insect", you might claim, totally free, a dozen premium hamburguers. But, pitifully, the promo was get down yesterday.

 

I hope you continue visitting our restaurants very often, and look for new promo´s...

Hello, I was en KFC Bogotá with my friends, We were buying hamburgers.

After that, I bought soda for us in YOUR STORE and what I see?

It's a horrible insect in my drink.

My friends and me were surprised, and my friend promised to record that and

show to his father (his father is a important person in KFC).

If you don't want to have problems, maybe you can give us some money for that

I say it because is better for you not?
