Writing: A letter of apology

Think about something you regret doing that you want to apologize for. Consider the questions below. Then write a letter of apology.

What did you do?
What were the consequences?
Is there any way you can undo those consequences?

Example:

Dear Jonathan,

I'm sorry you worked so hard making all those cookies for my party! I should've told you that the party was canceled, but I got really busy at work and didn't get around to calling everybody. If I'd been more conscientious...

Dear Pilar:

I'm sorry because I took your beer. I shouldn't have taked it, but I really nedded the beer to make my birthday party, besides I' m sure you don't drink.

You must be very angry indeed, I knew you were looking for me and the beer, and you couldn't buy the three boxes I took. I promise you to invite you and your friend to drink a lot of beer the next weekend.

a bit late but is the next:

Dear Leonardo,

I am worried because you must be angry... but I have an excuse for that.

I know I should have called you for telling my problem. I was ready for going to your party but in that moment my father called me and I had to go to pick him up at the airport. I didnt have time to call.

As soon as I arrived, my neighbor told me that he needs my washing mashine and I had to stay in home.
