Writing: A proposal

Make plans for a class party. Write a proposal for the class party.

Example:

Baseball fun in the sun

  1. Date and time: We'd like to have our end-of-the-class party next saturday, on June 18, from 12:00- 4:00 p.m.
  2. Place: We plan to meet at city park near the baseball field. If it rains, meet on sunday at the same time and place.
  3. Transportation: We can take the bus to the park. Go to...

                                             JAIME DUQUE PARK

 

1. Date and time: To finish the academic year we`d like to go out. The next friday  on December 4th from 9:00 a.m- 3:00 pm

2. Place: the place that we'd like to visit is Jaime Duque Park.

3. Transportation: we can to trade a bus.

4. Activities: we  going to the zoo and to enter in others attraction.

5. food and drink:  everybody  are going to prepare sandwich the last night and take out soda or juice.

6.  Responsibilities: Paola is responsible  for the food, Hindira of the first aid  kit, Sandra organize schedules.

7.  Cost: $ 20000  for person it include all.
